Return Policy

At Indulgence Authentic Luxury Consignment, each item is carefully reviewed and authenticated to ensure quality and accuracy.

We offer a limited return window to provide confidence in your purchase while maintaining the integrity of our consignment model.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All original packaging and materials must be included
- Any security tags must remain attached and unaltered

Items returned with removed or tampered security tags will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be shipped via NEXT-DAY delivery using a trackable and insured shipping method. Signature must be required.

The shipment must be insured for the full purchase value of the item. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.

A restocking fee of 10%–15% may apply to all approved returns.

Certain items, including but not limited to jewelry, watches, and discounted items, may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return.

Indulgence Authentic Luxury Consignment reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
